Local Data Storage (Offline App) The Application is primarily designed to function entirely offline. All data you enter into the Application—including milkman profile names, daily delivery logs, and milk rates—is saved locally on your device's internal storage. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, or have any access to your personal ledger data.

Third-Party Services & Advertising While your personal ledger data remains local, the Application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically for the purpose of serving advertisements.

The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and process certain data, such as:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address

Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)

2. Permissions Required

The Application requests the following permissions to function correctly:

Internet & Network State Access: Required strictly by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements. No personal ledger data is transmitted over this network connection.

3. Log Data

Whenever you use the Application, in the case of an error or crash, data and information (through third-party products) may be collected on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This is used solely to fix bugs and improve app stability.

4. Data Security

The Service Provider values your trust in providing your information. Because your ledger data is stored locally on your device, it is secured by your device’s native operating system protections. However, remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all your data at any time by:

Clearing the Application's storage/cache in your Android Settings.

Uninstalling the Application from your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, this will be immediately deleted from their servers (note: the app does not use external servers). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
